Talents Group is responsible for processing the personal data collected through the talents.pt website, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect the data you provide directly through this site’s forms: first name, last name, email, phone number and the content of your message, as well as the selected profile (company, content creator or job application).

• Replying to your contact request or business proposal;
• Assessing content creators’ applications to Talents Club;
• Assessing unsolicited job applications;
• Complying with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your data for marketing purposes without explicit consent, nor do we sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to Talents.

4. Retention period

We keep data for the period necessary to reply to your request and, for applications, for the legally required period or until you ask for its deletion.
